These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions hosted by Motorfinity on Facebook:
1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Motorfinity Group Ltd, located at Northgate Terrace, Northern Road, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 2EU.

3. Entry Requirements: Participation in prize giveaways is free. No purchase is necessary. No individual is obliged to enter, and any entry is made of their own free will.
4. Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must 'Like' and ‘Comment’ on the specified Motorfinity competition post.
5. Exclusions: Employees or affiliates of Motorfinity are not eligible to enter competitions.
6. Multiple Entries: Multiple entries from the same individual will not be considered.
7. Third-Party Entries: Entries made on behalf of others will not be accepted.
8. Prize Exchange: The competition prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the Motorfinity Facebook page and must contact Motorfinity via email to claim their prize. The names of the winner(s) will be published on our Facebook page.
10. Claim Period: Winners have 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in a redraw.
11. Data Use: Entrants' details will only be used for competition administration purposes. Except for the winner(s) name(s), entrants' details will not be published or shared with any third parties, except for prize delivery purposes. 12. Winner Selection: All winners are randomly selected by computer from valid Facebook entrants.
13. Competition Changes: Motorfinity reserves the right to cancel, alter, or amend the competition at any stage if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise beyond its control.
14. Promoter's Responsibility: Motorfinity Group Ltd is the promoter of this competition. The manufacturers of any brands featured in our Facebook posts are not promoters and bear no responsibility for our competitions. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook Inc.
15. Liability Release: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to release Motorfinity and Facebook from any liability arising from the promotion.
16. Agreement: Entry into the prize giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
