Sharon is recognised as a champion of consumer duty and having worked in the motor trade for nearly 30 years, let’s just say she knows the car industry. She ensures that all our processes and procedures comply with the law, and this is reflected in the highest standards practiced within the company. She is a SAF expert. Sharon works to pre-empt any issues. Should we encounter a problem, she works swiftly to resolve it in the most effective way possible.

Sharon has a wealth of experience in optimising processes and enhancing efficiency. Leading our dynamic team, she empowers them to grow the business to the benefit of everyone in keeping the customer journey as streamlined as possible. As one of our Mental Health First Aiders, she also has an active role in supporting the HR team when she can.

Faye leads the sales team as they deliver top class customer service in parallel with incredible value. With empathy for our eligible sectors, she advocates taking time to get to know the customer to make sure their needs are being met with the right deal at the right price. She is the first port of call at Motorfinity and looks after all ‘housekeeping’ matters as well as playing an important role in supporting our Head of People. With outstanding people skills, she is responsible for maintaining existing relationships with partners and creating new ones. Leanne focuses on continuing to build meaningful connections, fostering partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to expand Motorfinity reach. It's a role that perfectly aligns with Leanne’s passion for business and her commitment to achieving outstanding results.

Our Creative Videographer! Olly brings a whole new dimension to the department with his motion graphics and design expertise. Having achieved a first-class honours degree in Film Production Technology, (BSc), at Birmingham City University in 2020, he has worked within a variety of industries and is now applying his skills to the rapidly changing motoring market.
Account Manager
Chris’s experience includes 14 years in the car sales industry and running a large call-centre. This background coupled with the fact that he is an Army Air Corps Veteran, makes him a perfect fit at Motorfinity HQ. He loves feedback from customers and his many 5-star Trustpilot reviews are testament to the service he provides.

With a whole host of experience behind her, Amy is both tenacious and passionate about what she does. A problem-solver with excellent customer skills, she is best placed to support sales by updating customers throughout their car-buying journey and making sure all paperwork is in order.

Finance Assistant
Sam has gained knowledge of all areas of the business and now concentrates his time assisting the Finance Manager with invoicing and controlling the purchase ledger. Crucially, he also liaises with the Delivery Team to make sure that all finance payments are in place to enable smooth transactions.

This department is at the heart of the company and Bella has joined us to complete an 18-month apprenticeship in an area where there is a fountain of knowledge and experience to draw on. She strongly advocates the apprenticeship scheme because of this and the fact that there are no expensive student loans attached. She keeps a keen on social media platforms.
